I went into the branch yesterday and waited for more than an hour only to waste my time. I went online and cancelled debit orders (which I did in the branch last week but was never done).
I have been charged R5-00 for the following debit order to be cancelled and I would like the money reversed back into my account:
31/07 - CAPITEC - R1909-36
I refuse to go back into the branch to waste my time again
