DISGUSTED AT SERVICE AND PROCEDURES

I came to randridge branch on saturday 28.09.13 to ask for advice on a debit order that will go off on the 1st october 2013 at night and i need that to be stopped. I was informed by zach that i should call him on the 2nd oct 2013 when the debit order goes off so that he can ensure it is not returned and he can put a stop order. I informed him that i am working therefore do not have the time to go into the bank in the week, he said it is fine and i can sign a form which he gave me which allows for me to call into the bank to ensure that the debit order issue is sorted. On the 1.10.13 at night the debit order of over R900 went off for virgin active and i called around the fairlands branch as zach advised he would be at the fairlands branch he gave me number 0116490600. When i called they confirmed that he does not work there anymore.By the time i was calling around including the call centre and randridge branch where nobody answers i spent 2 hours yesterday looking for someone to answer at the randridge branch and nobody did i tried 0117911345 option 4 for tellers, 011 7911320, 0117911321 and still nothing, this debit order got returned and now my record is 138 rejection
