This is VERY POOR

Last month Standard Bank didn't give me my money in my account. I complaint on HelloPeter and still they took the same time to get back to me, as if I had complaint at a branch or their call centre. I there ads they tell everybody they so good and into service delivery, but back at the ranch there is nothing. So it took me 3 days to get my money to buy food and pay my creditors. Sorting it out at the branch here in Erasmuskloof. Guest what, today went to the bank for my money, same problem no money. Now their systems are off line, it is Passover and the banks are so full it is gona take you a whole day just to get to speak to somebody that is able to understand you. And then they tell you, sorry we need to lock a complain, and it is gona take 5 working days for them to come back to you. So a another weekend and week to try and get me money. I think the best way is to start a civil action against them it is time we the consumers start standing up against these type of bulling
