I've been trying to update my policy for weeks with Virseker, but not only do they not do what i ask they fail to communicate. I've recently had some upgrades around my flat, electric gate (car now behind gates and not in a locked garage like they specified in policy) Spanish burglar bars and an extra security gate put up. They don't seem to think that Spanish bars or an extra security gate will make a difference, so they're not amending the premium. Clearly they have no idea what Spanish burglar bars is, and that my flat is now covered with double burglar bars. I also never said my car was in a locked garage, but its amended on the policy like that. I've also requested to pay my premium by EFT monthly seen that my bank charge a R30 debit order deduction, which is ridiculous. But they seem to be the only company that don't except EFT's and only do debit orders. I've asked for an explanation regarding this, as there are people that don't have bank accounts or can't pay by debit orders, how do they accommodate them.

I've sent numerous emails requesting them to answer my EMAILS as i want proof of what they say, but still no reply.
