Why is it so hard to draw money from your ATM's? I went to Hyde Park Shopiing Centre yesterday to buy some few things and also withdraw money. All the Standard Bank ATM's were not working. The 1 ATM in front of Pick 'n Pay was not working. then went to your branch they were also not working and the was not even a note to advise us, instead the security officer was sitting on a chair inside the bank and he was just staring at us. I do not understand why I have to go & draw money at another bank's ATM meanwhile the is one for Standard Bank nearby. I was fortunate to have R20.00 on me otherwise it was going to be a problem for me to get home.
this is not the first time that this it happening, on the 13/01/2013 the ATM in Hammanskraal was also not working. I might as well start banking with other banks if this is the what is happening with your bank. If I draw money at other banks I get penalized for your fault.
Get your house in order. It's month end and you are inconveniencing us.
