On Saturday 23 March i took my car for a service around 10am the service manager called to say i neede to skim my front brake discs and fit new brake pads at a cost of R2100.00 i told him to go ahead and collected my card and paid for the repair on Monday i contacted Motorite and spoke to Phindile and told her what had happened as i have an maintenance plan with them she told me normal procedure is to get authorsation before having repairs done but never the less she sent me a claim form and processed my claim for a refund all within 4 days wonderful to get service like this 5 stars to Phindile and Motorite.
