I initailly put a complaint against Motorite for my breakdown warrany. My claim for repairs and replacement for my vehicle at VW dealership was rejected by Motorite. Upon contacting them eventually after much frustartion, they said that my policy was not valid, as i did not qualify for policy from the start due to errors on they part for checking info prior to inception on policy. They then said that i will refunded full amount, so they sent me cancellation form, which and completed and return to Motorite. Therafter they contacted, i explained that i was on leave thus the few days delays in servicing. So sent proof of leave and being away on holiday. Two and a half weeks go by and im still trying to contact personal dealing with my claim, but got no joy. Yesterday after eventualy ''breaking my head'' with frustration, the person from Motorite, said sorry claim will not be processed due to late servicing. So i then ask for my refund, which they initially promised, they say i will not paid due to breach of contract. Why does Motoriile use delaying tactics and them refuse to refund me. I am sick and tired on Motorite and their and deception. Called today and attacking me verbally
