I took out a maintenance plan with motorite against my better judgement, after seeking countless complaints I decided I would cancel my policy and save myself the unpaid car services.
I was told I had 30 days to cancel and I will receive a full refund... taking into account this was financed through Wesbank. I want to cancel befor my account is debited for a service I do not want from Motorite.
I have been trying to cancel this for a full week with no luck... I even had a consultant click his tongue at me and slam the phone down.
I DO NOT WANT TO BE COVERED BY MOTORITE AND I CAN NOT GET OUT, SAVE YOURSELF BEFORE YOUR IN THE SAME POSITION AS ME, ITS JUST A MONEY MAKING.
