MOTORITE ALWAYS FINDS A WAY NOT TO PAY

I had a maintenance plan with Motorite till 120 000 kms. I took my car for service when the car was at 119 979 kms in Tzaneen. There were certain repairs which should be done and the VW Lannie Motors service consultant contacted Motorite to approve the work, the Motorite consultant said my policy is only a service plan.

I travelled back to Phalaborwa, then the VW service consultant called them next day and they said I should drive the car back to Tzaneen which the odometer will be reading more than 120 000kms and they say the car should be less than 120 000kms. I have given up on these malpractices...

I don't even want to be associated with MOTORITE AGAIN IN MY LIFE. They always find a way not to pay.

I am fed up and fed up...
