After years of being a member of Motorite, we recently had to submit a claim for one of our vehicles for a clutch repair which was not due to wear and tear. The dealership also submitted pictures of the broken part to Motorite as evidence, only to be informed by motorite that we slightly went over the threshold on our recent service, and they wont pay anything? Even though we recently travelled on a long trip and could only service the vehicle on our return. This is proof that Motorite are quick to sell you everything but will look for any loophole when a customer needs to claim, especially as this is our only claim in about 4 years!!
Pathetic service from Motorite and we will be cancelling all our policies with immediate effect.
