Hassles due to business inefficiencies

On 21/02/2013 I called Motorite to confirm if my battery replacement will be covered under my motorplan. They confirmed & requested me to take it to the closest Toyota for fitment. When I got to Toyota Commissioner Str in JHB, I was told by the Service Mgr that they cannot assist me because Motorite has not paid their Toyota account. Before leaving I called Motorite again (10:06) & they suggested that I take the car to TBS fitment centre in Jan Smuts Ave. Get there just to find that the fitment centre no longer exist. It took about 3 calls & 3 agents to explain what happened to the fitment centre & where the closest Toyota was in the Craighall Park. Their 'solution' eventually to me was to fit the battery at the Speedy & claim. Does this not defeat the purpose of having a maintenance plan & if Motorite does not pay their suppliers how can I be confident that I will get paid? I processed my claim on 21/02/2013, still no refund. An apology does not cut it. I suffered frustration, incurred cellphone & petrol expenses, lost 2 hours of work & still no refund. Reimburse all the above or in a gesture of reprieve a spa voucher, flowers & chocolates.
