Cancelling my investments

I wanted to cancel my investments and then i fone my financial advisor Adrian Tan and he said he will call me back of which he never did, i sent him four massages different days and he never responded, he says he never receive, i foned him again and he said i must come to the bank of which i did. He said i must sign the cancellation letter and i did sign of which it was blank, he never put any comments. only to find out he is lying he never cancelled my policy and the debit order went through, i went to the branch again and he said the systems are down he cant help me and he said he will call back and he never called me. i am taking my work time up and down to standardbank and there is no help at all, i asked him to fax and he refused he said i must come to the branch and everything its all about the branch, i went to the branch five times, leaving messages, emailing, and calling and no call back nothing. Standardbank never take their customers sriously and what they do is always everyday. i know they making money with our investments but i have a right to do whatever with my money. i dont understand why they refusing with the cancellation while its interesting when joining.
