FREEZING OF FUNDS

So freakin STANDARDBANK decides to send me an sms in the morning on my way to work (9h00 am), to tell me that my account is not FICA complaint. They tell me they need my ID and POR. I then go to Nicolway branch to find out why they FROZE my account, I CANT SWIPE or DO NOTHING because of a freaking Proof of Residence, I mean i had my ID with. What i hated was that standardbank could have given me a 24hour notice at least to let me know that my account will not be active from such a time so that i would prepare my things and go to the bank instead of leaving me broke, cant do NOTHING. Then i went to the maponya standard bank branch to hand the docs in. Now its written outside the branch that the WORKING HOURS rae from 8am -7pm from Monday-Friday. I get to the branch at 17:45, the security guard tells me that they are now CLOSED??? REALLY???

Im so disappopinted at such. im on my way to the Nicolway branch now to withdraw my all my funds.
