My husband received his Statement of Payment in August 2012 and is still waiting for what is due to him. I have even gone as far as written to the: Pensions Fund Adjudicator, completing all the necessary forms and sending all the documentation which was handed in to Metal Industries. This also is proving to be an exercise in futility as I have received no feedback.
Where to now??? What do the many people who are waiting for their payment do, apart from expressing their frustrations on Hellopeter? It would appear that we are at the mercy of an organisation which is a law unto themselves.
I personally will continue to correspond with anyone who I think could possibly assist.
