Lerato came to my workplace and sold a retirement policy for me, i agreed to the policy but later the same day i changed my mind and i called her to cancel the policy, she said it was okay she was going to cancel it, to my surprice after 1/2 i got a letter confirm that i took a retirement policy and the money will be deducted on my salary, i immediately went to Old Mutual in Thohoyandou branch explained everything and asked them to cancel the policy, they agreed it was on the 07/11/2013 and on the 11 I got an sms confirming that it was cancelled, but on the 15/11/2013 the money was deducted, i called head office on 0860603500 was told to call, Maloma financial investments for my refund, i called them on 0137411971 spk to Gloria, she said i must call supervisor Mr Maloma, i called him the same day 02/12/2013 he promised to call me and that he will refund my money back until today i have not heard anything from him. i am very angry about this unprofessional services i am receiving because it was not even the first Lerato did this to me, so I think also the managers are very unprofessional they are not willing to help, I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
