Debit order date is 25th. Suddenly they debit on 22nd, next day, 23/02 went to Greenstone br. to have it reversed, I arrive @ 09h10, upon requesting for reversal, enquiries told me she is unable, she then dial call centre hold for 16min no response then Personal Loans Cons. called another no then the call centre agent was Sakhile, explained to him, I want debit order reversed immediately he advised its impossible he will send request to payments to refund, they not working today can only be done Monday after long argument, he advised that funds will reflect after 14:00, explain to him that I need to go to JHB CBD collect wedding clothes then 14:00 be @ OR Tambo Airport, he maintained that nothing can be done have to wait, requested to speak to his superior was told he/she is not working basically can only speak to him. I went to Manager's office whom called c/centre requested to speak to team leader & she was there, she requested for auth. so that she can reverse debit order they advised they cant as they have actioned refund, i told T/leader fine I need letter stating that Nedbank 'll incur loss if I become late, within 10min money is on acc left @11h25, Not paying this month & no a
