I made a claim on the 23rd of January. I was told that the claim should take about six weeks to process. There has been absolutely no feedback on progress made. More than two months have passed, since I made the claim.
I left a message last week for the person handling the claim to contact me. The only communication I received from Outsurance was an sms indicating that a different person is now handling the claim. Unfortunately no phone call from Outsurance.
I again left a message today. This time I left a message for the Supervisor (Simone Roland), as Nicolene was not available to take my call. My reference number is 20716795. I specifically asked that I be contacted between 12:00 and 13:00 this afternoon.
I followed up again as there was no response from Outsurance. What level of service can one expect from Outsurance if the supervisor's act in this manner?
This time I got the run around from one call center agent to the next, until they eventually cut me off.
Can someone help?
