I was double debited on my account, after I made a direct deposit. This morning I called the customer care line, spoke to a care by the name of Cedrick, who transferred me to collections. The lady, who answered the phone, put the phone down on me because she said she could not hear me. I called in again, spoke to Precious, who transferred me to the RUDE, IRROGANT Pulane, I explained my situation and she said I must send a proof of payment, which I did. I asked me to call me back before 10: 00 on whether she received my proof of payment or not. Since this morning 08:00 till now I am still waiting for her call. I just called in again, spoke to Thato, who put the phone down on me. I called again asked for the team leader Mini Mthetwa to call me..Guess what, no one called me.. NEDBANK COSTOMER CARE.
