I have been a Nedbank customer for more than 15 years. In December I was retrenched. I approached Nedbank to activate my Retrenchment Cover, on both my Nedbank and my Amex Card, which was handled very effectively at their Broad Acres branch. However since then, I receive sms notifications that my Credit Cards monthly installments have not been paid. On several occasions I contacted their helpline to explain that I have activated my Retrenchment Cover which pays my Credit Cards outstanding amounts in full. Yet still the sms messages come through. Obviously Nedbank inter departments have a serious miscommunication issue.
