Believe it or not between I am still struggeling to get my refund back!!! WHo is responsible nobody seems to know!! i bought a ipad on the 8 September 2012, it was obviously faulty, took it back to Cash COnverters who promptly tried to fix it back and forth we went, still not fixed, finally i was refunded on their system on the 15 December 2012, guess what, they money has now disappeared between FNB and Standard bank who is my bank. I did speak to a lady at Standard bank, Maria who tried to help me and fax the proof of refund to FNB, but I have not heard from her since and trying to contact her is a nightmare as you go through a CALL CENTRE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE THAT NEVER GETS RETURNED!!! Now I seem to have to find out for myself where my money has disappeared to. FNB seems to be the problem here, or between the two banks!! Yet I now must find out where my money is not Cash Converts, Standard bank or FNB seem to care!! Try and speak to anybody at a bank these days you are referred to a Call Centre to leave a message,! How do we get any service from anybody!!! Can somebody please inform me how to get my money back!!!
