Cash withdrawel at atm and no cash given

On 23 Jan 2014 around 12:15 i attempt to withdraw cash at a Standard bank ATM to the amount of R2000.00 and the atm froze and did not give the money but deduced it off my account. Inside the bank they said that the system will correct itself overnight and the money will be back in my account the next morning. It's today 30 Jan 2014 eight days later and three hours spend in the bank and still no refund, call, sms or any feedback what so ever. There is no urge or assistance from the banks side and don't care.
