Damp wall - Insurance is refusing to Fix it

Kenneth came, now when I had to phone him back and he just told me it is my overflow pipe wetting my outside wall. My question is how does the water get under my bedroom carpets and below the built in cupboards, he says if it was the pipe then the back of my wardrobe would be wet but I explained a million times it is below the cupboard, he still didn't assist me to my satisfaction. Kenneth had to be shown where the dampness is yet it is so visible and my sister had to show him everything. If it is the overflow pipe then there is a problem because Standard bank sent plumbers to my place to replace a geyser about two years ago so should they not have ensured that the overflow pipe is installed correctly? Kenneth says he will not be fixing. I asked him if he will be submitting a report to state what he told me of the overflow pipe and he said no it is normal, so are you telling me it is normal for a pipe to leak against your wall damage it and then the banks assessor just tells me we will not be fixing. the superv in ins dept told me i need to prove the damage and that i will be responsible to fix as they will not how does a damp wall appear, who will fix my wall and my carpet and the pipe
