I have emailed your buddy referal division about 3 times asking them as to when a payment is going to made into my account as i was email by the buddy referal team asking for my IRP5 for tax purposes...

Today is the 3rd time i have emailed the division only to get an automated reply...

Please advise as this service from dial direct is not on once again.
