Dial direct debited my account on the 1st of July. On the second I emailed them telling them I am still waiting for cancellation letter. On the 4th they replied and said I will get the letter soon. I went to the bank with their email on the 11th July. Bank said it can't refund because it needs a letter with heading. They called dial direct. Cons saod the insurance will post the letter and I will get in in just 10 days. Its getting nearly 10 days now. Does dial direct really want me to forfeit money for service I cancelled?
