Bank amends their rules and I have no notfication of this. Reversal of debit orders now requires a letter from the company you have lodged this with. Yes this I understand - Give me proof of the sms notification. And it to expensive for the bank to post or email letters of important communication. Yes I understand rules n regulations in place. However I the customer have to trust my bank with my money, yet you more keen to protect yourself and the company who takes my money unauthorised. Surely I have to sign the reversal request which you can submit to the unauthorised company. I give you proof stamped by the company that I have payment arrangments, yet you stil insist on a letter. Customer Agents can give me the client correct information, when i consulted your branch on Saturday 23.3.13. I have made enquiries re: unathorised debit orders lodged before my salary date. I asked the consultant in your branch would this company be allowed to access my account again. the reply was no, " as they have already lodged the 22nd" my salary date is the 25th.
