Made my day and still smilling

Went in the bank this morning to increase my limit on my savings acc. Firstly all stuff were friendly then Abdullar assisted me. I told him i would like to increase my limit, he then requested my card which is a procedure. Explained to me that I am using an old card with no chip on which reduce the chances of safety. He sold the the benefit and explain the cost in involve for which i was sold. He then increase my limit, issue new card with my name printed on it. what wow me is not that. He then asked me why do I need to increase my limit - I told him that i would like to settle an account and need to go to Nedbank for the deposit. He informed me that we can do that online right now without delays and will save me time and effort. He done so and issued me with a p.o.p, also informed me that i can receive notifications on my cell for any amount more than R100, again i was sold. I left the branch so happy not only that i was able to increase my limit which is what i wanted. He went the extra mile and make sure that i have all the resources and tools that i need to be more efficient. Helped me with my online banking, cellphone notifications, change my card, settle my acc. WOW :-) Thks
