Wrongly debited

I had 5 loans with FNB. I paid off 3 this month but they still debited me for them.
when i want them to pay it back urgently they tell me of 14 days or 48 hours.

how come it is easy to debit from my account but takes for ever when its your mistake and have to pay it back.

im honestly unhappy and annoyed with the service i have received from FNB to the point of me telling people not to even join because of my experience.
