Really bad service

Got an update yesterday about my car that all repairs have been done, assembled and its on the inspection but no, just like always when i have to be the one calling every single time to check on the update of my car i get a different story from the previous update which is even steps back further to what i was told. today i got to be told, no your car is still in the assembling stage, i didn't call you yesterday to give you that update, yet i received a call from Lind at 4:41pm yesterday telling me someone else will call to tell me if the car has passed the inspection stage and when to collect it. But today she denied it all, what kind of service is that, lying to clients while giving them false hopes?! i need my car back by Thursday as i have to drive home but because of TC panel beaters and the poor service they are giving i wont be able to make it home this Easter. i'm extremely disappointed as to why my insurance could choose such company. Even when i call my insurance for them to check with the panelbeaters, i lose hope each time, no effort nothing what so ever. I don't have cover for car hire on my policy and i cant hire a car because my license is only a month old. lost hope
