I was suppose to take in my car today for repairs to the panel shop and Debi was suppose to call my insurance for a car hire service as she promised me 3 weeks ago and she also promised that she is going to call me 1 week before to remind me about my booking. When I pitched this morning she denied that she said to me she was going to call me to remind me about tyhe booking and also she denied that she was going to call my insurance for the car hire service. I aarive the the car hire service is not there and she tells me that she is in business for 25 years she will never tell me that. Her son then came to shout at me and put his hand on my face and threatens me and then Jose' tells me that I will be and hit by their son and I am just looking for money from them and I must take my scrap car and get out of their business. The son then told me to step outside the business so that he can hit me I then told him to do so but he was restrained by one of their employees as this happened right in front of them and isf they are honest they can testify to this as well. I just want this company to be explosed on the gangsterism approach they have with clients and the threatening aspect.
