NO CAR FOR 2 MONTHS GOING FOR 3RD AFTER CLAIM

I had an accident on the 14th of December 2012, I called my insurance and my car was towed. My claim was then approved on the 27th of December and was told that my car will be fixed by TC Penal beaters. I contacted TC on the 7th of January to check on it and they told me they have not received my car yet. I then called TC on the 14 of January they told me they had received my car and the parts, and they will start working on it and it will take 10-15 working days. So I expected the car to be ready by the 1st of Feb, I have been calling TC every day since the 1st of February, and every day they tell me is with final inspection and it will be ready the next day, and the next day I call is the same story. I tried to call my insurance and every time I call they transfer me to someone and then i get cut off. Yesterday I got through and I was told managers have gone to check cars at the penal beaters and they will give me a call today, now they still have not given me call. I tried calling them again just now and guess what i got cut of again. I have spend a lot trying to check on my car with no luck. I still don't have a car and still paying my insurance every month I'm on the 3rd month
