Last or no feedback

On the 15th/03 i submitted my application for credit assist where i asked for my personal loans to be consolidated. i was told it would take about 2 weeks to get a response or feedback. I called again this morning to check on my application and was told it still had to be reviewed by a manager. Being a standard bank account holder, i was surprised. I always got good service and this is the first time that i have encountered a problem. It is disappointing.
