I had been in Nedbank's bad books financially and I had thought I had paid up an account only to be told I still owed.

I consulted with Alvira and she explained how it all happened. Payment arrangements were made and I was impressed at how she could make decisions on the spot without absolving herself of the ability and responsibility.

Now we are all clear and happy.
