No customer assist from the so called leading bank

I am very unhappy with the way that standard bank is handeling my query. I applied for customer assist with them about 3 months a go. Not once have they given me a call back to advise on the progress of my query. I have to call them and use my one money to get feedback each month and every time I get the same answer from the consultants who answer the phone "you application has not been assigned to a manager yet" what b. is that??? Why do they specify that it takes 15days to get an answer if nobody got back to me in 3 months?? This morning again I called in and spoke to a consultant by the name of Thandi bhutalezi and she also can't assist me bcoz my application has not yet been assigned to a manager. I then asked if I could speak to a manager and she told me straight no I can't bcos my application is still in the queue. What does one hav to do to get service in this country because clearly the people who is suppose to assist us dnt give a. I'm really dissappointed in standard banks service. Word of mouth is one of the channels used to make a company or break one! Now I ask myself if I would ever recommend standard bank to any of my family or friends?? Pull up your socks!!
