TOSSED MY EBUCKS CARD IN THE BIN

After switching a year ago the Business manager processed all my accounts and told me my ebucks was activated on all my cards. So off I go and do all my transactions on my credit card, swipe, swipe, swipe, so I can earn ebucks. I spend over 90K in a year, but no ebucks?? then they tell me a wasn't registered. Who's fault is that? When you are told by management that all is set up you believe them.

However what's even worse is that the big advertising campaign was on the radio when I arrived at the bank. EARN EBUCKS every time you swipe...??? Absolutely no effort to make amends.
The least they could have done is say, OK HERE ARE THE EBUCKS, because you have actually spent the money, but nope. All they do is tell me how to register. VERY, VERY proactive I must add.
