I called your call centre earlier and was querying my ebucks and my hubsbands ebucks account.
I was told because of his credit rating he has not received any ebucks.i must contact FNB
FNB has no clue why he does not received ebucks points... i must contact ebucks again
i spend 20mins with ebucks
40mins with FNB and no one can tell me why
can some one please look into this???
