I requested to change my banking details for the debit order to go off for my home loan. I was sent a debit order authorisation form which I sent through on the 19th March. I called to follow up after not hearing anything on the 26th March only to be told I was sent the wrong form with the wrong number and it is now too late to change my banking details. This means I am going to incur costs for a failed debit order when it is the FNB staff who have sent the incorrect forms. I find this highly unacceptable when I am trying to do the right thing to ensure FNB receives their money!
