I joined Key health in September 2013 via Multi Sure brokers, Clearly marking on my Application form that my method of payment would be Via Internet transfer. I furnished them with my banking details for reimbursement of medical expenses, i also left the date of debit order deduction open as it was to be done via internet transfer.
After them arguing that i indicated i would like to use a debit order i sent them my initial completed admission form and they will now look into getting my money refunded "In - 2 weeks "
This is unacceptable as now i have incurred banking charges for the debit order and am without the money for 2 weeks. i never agreed to a debit order being put onto my account so this constitutes as as i have made the EFT and sent the proof of payment to them on the 26th of September but on the 2nd of October they debited the full amount again!
Pathetic medical aid! Would never ever recommend this to anyone!
