I have been struggling for some time now to change the debit order details on our policy, with no joy thus far. Our account is now in arrears and I am very concerned as I am 26 weeks pregnant and cant afford for our policy to be in this state, in case I need it. I am highly irritated to say the least as I have submitted the re-instatement form and a copy of my husbands banking details numerous times via fax and STILL the debit order details have not been amended. I am now worried we are sitting without cover, even though when I call the customer services I am advised that I still have full cover, I am not convinced. Kindly investigate this matter as a matter of extreme urgency and confirm that my husband and I are still fully covered and our cover has not been affected in any way or form due to the incompetence of staff in changing our debit order details.
