I simply wanted to change my account details from one account to the other. So that when they debit they debit from the new account number. Now i filled in the forms to change my account details at the store in clearwater mall, we faxed the form to their head office. But now a month later they still debiting from that old account number (of which i wanted to changed to the new one). Now i have never been behind in payments but right after they activated debit order it's been causing me issues, simply because they are debitting from the wrong account and i wanted to change it, but it seems they don't feel like doing it.
