I insured my motorcycle through Harnacks last year. I had an accident in January of this year, and lodged the claim within the same week. They advised me to send the bike to a repair shop and told me that they would get the repairs sorted out a.s.a.p
It has been almost three months and the bike is still lounging at the repair shop, waiting on a final decision. Are these people scamming me or are they going to pay out? It will cost me huge legal fees to take them on, b: t my lawyers say I have a good case against them to claim for big bucks. Why do I have to fight to get them to do their jobs. The storage fees for the bike almost exceeds the repair costs, I have been instructed to sue if they delay any further. Don't insure with these people, they will take your money and ignore you when you claim, like they have ignored me for the past few months - don't be a victim like I was.
