Debit order deduction

First NationalBank tried to debit my account with R200, without any authorisation or agreement to do so. I have been unable to contact their client services, because I am given a cell number and my work does not allow me to phone cell numbers and I am certainly not going to waste my money to phone them. Are FNB just allowed to deduct money from whoever they want? This shows the type of service that FNB gives.
