Personal loan debit dates and fees

I have never had issues with ABSA before, but this is ridiculous.
I took out a personal loan last year July and clearly told the representative that payday is the 25th of each month, but from another bank. Please make they debit on the 1st. My first debit attempted to go off on 25/09/2012 with an sms saying that I have to make sure that the funds are available. That is an insult. I phoned in immediately saying that I wanted the debit date for the 1st or failing that the 26th. Since then, every month, the debit attempts on the 25th and I get fined each and every time WITH a NAEDO after I phoned in repeatedly to change the date. That is a lot of money on the NAEDO (*/- R60 each month), let alone the late debit fine of R130 every month. This month, my salary being one day late, same story. It has attempted withdrawal 3 times now. I phoned in again, got sent around to three different numbers, and told to phone back on Monday (07/03/2013) because they can't change it now. I have given the instruction MORE THAN ONCE to change the debit date, but instead of service, I get repeated fines. I would like all of the fines refunded as I am not the responsible party in this mess ABSA has made.
