Taking too long response on m y credit limit

My Name is Lucky Maringa. I received a call from ABSA offering me a platinum credit card on the third week of October 2013 of which i accepted. I was shocked when I call ABSA and follow up the card delivery when i was told that no one from ABSA called. I then went to ABSA branch Andries to self applied for the card together with limit increase on the 2/11/2013, i was then told that i will receive feedback in 24 hours, to this date no reply. However, the online card was delivered. I then phoned ABSA to have my limit increase on the 11/11/2013, I spoke to Mapule Malekane, but to this date no response from ABSA. I sent a follow up email to Mapule on Tuesday - No response. I phoned on wednesday - I Spoke to Cheyi around 11, she told me that Mapule went for Lunch she will send a message to Mapule and request her to call back. Again I phone on the same day around 14:00, I was again told that Mapule went for Lunch. This is so unprofessional

How long does it take for the ABSA to score me and increase or turn down the application?

I applied for increase in the BRANCH and online but still no response.
