No reply, waiting long periods on call centre

If have to cancel my insurance policy, but cant get hold of anyone via e-mail. When calling customer service one get transferred to various departments on have to hold on forever.

When selecting "new customer" option the call is answered immediately, but they can't help you so again you get transferred on hold. Existing customers are left hanging.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.
