Good Day

i got Hijacked on 13 December 2013 and i claimed on 18 December 2013, Ethel sent me an email of all Required documents and i email her all that she required. on the 24 December 2013, Deon the assessor came to see me and i gave him all that he requested.

i have sent emails to both Ethel and Deon and i haven't feedback from them, when i call Ethel she tells me that Deon is the one who has all the answers i seek and when i call Deon he doesn't answer his phone or respond to my sms, voicemails and emails.

i had car rental for 20 Days it lapsed on the 7th of January. i'm unable to perform my duties at work and my employment is at Jeopardy. i need to update my employer about this claim.
