No communication on application outcome

I applied for enrolment in their programme in advanced strategic managemnt on 28/11/12, i never got a response on my application till 31/01/2013 being informed my details were on their DB and i should check if there were correct. I responded and asked if my application was successful and got no response. I made further attempts on 20/02/2013 to find out the status of my application and Beauty informed me that the applications had closed and because i didn't pay i forfieted my vacancy. i queried this and sent her all the follow up emails i made from the day i apllied. she did not respond.

Today 21/02/2013 she sends me an email to say i must pay the total fees of R6800.00 before close of business and i can study. The initial communication i recieved was i could pay a deposit of R3400 and balance end of March13. I feel someone did not do their job properly along the chain and i have to get the shorter end of the stick.

I need UNISA to review this and redress ASAP. This is unacceptible for a reputable instituition like theirs. The CBM department's phones ring for a few seconds and someone picks up and drops before you can even greet them. They need to get their house in orde
