Purchase of SMEG - Gas/Electric Cooker - 90cm

This unit was purchased on Wednesday, 26 June 2013 and requested that it be placed into storage for approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
On Friday, 12 July 2013, called Deon and requested that the unit be delivered on Tuesday, 17 July 2013, as the cupboards would be ready for the unit to be installed.
On Tuesday, 17 July 2013, called Deon to ascertain when the unit is expected to be delivered, only to discover that NO arrangements were made for the delivery of the unit.
After several calls to Deon on that day, the unit was eventually delivered! He was also asked to provide a copy of the Euroair Chimney to enable the Carpenter to make the necessary adaptation. Several calls had to be made before the chimney plan was finally emailed.
Deon was also requested to amend my surname - this was not done!
Today, 28 August 2013, called Deon on his cell and requested that he return my call - this never happened and the office had to be called to log a service query on the SMEG Cooker.
If this is the type of after sales service Tafelberg Furnishers provides, friends and acquaintances will be advised not to purchase items from their stores and will also take this complaint to the news media.
