I am disgusted with the service i have received from the call centre. On Friday 22 funds was trasnsfered into my bank accoutnt for a specific event that was taking place on 23rd. Incontact notified me regarding the Capitec debit order that went off my account on the 22nd... as per arrangement it should have been ducted on 26th only??? After numerous calls... 5 times todate. i have had no feedback or explanation as to why funds has been taken from my account before the agreed date. For the 6th time i have now spoken to Cepo. He told me to call anothe number to deal with my complaint.
I will be cancelling this debit order as i feel that in principal as a BANK you should at least have the courtesy to respond to me a CUSTOMER.
Very taken aback by this BAD SERVICE.
