INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATE

CAPITEC HAS DONE IT AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME, DEBITING MY ACCOUNT ON THE WRONG DATE, THE AGREED DATE ON MY LOAN WAS THE 25TH NOT THE 23RD, I HAVE BEEN TO CAPITEC TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS IT HAS EVEN CAUSED ME TO CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS TO ABSA, STILL I AM EXPERIENCING THE SAME THING, NOW THEY HAVE DEBITED MY NEW ABSA ACCOUNT WHICH DID NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS ON, NOW I HAVE TO PAY PENALTY FEES TO ABSA AND THIS IS RUINING MY RECORD WITH ABSA!!! THIS CANNOT GO ON LIKE THIS, I AM SO OFF WITH CAPITEC!!!
