I have been trying on more than one occassion to change my payment of my loan from 175 / week to the full amount per month. I've filled out the forms, faxed it off, Staff of bayport from the call-center in Johannesburg have confirmed receipt of fax and that it will be done on more than one occassion now. It is pathetic that I am wanting to just have this change done but they want to complain why they don't get payment and list defaults against my name at the burea because they not getting payment. Can you please tell me what more must I do to have this matter resolved. If you so quick to phone for your money, why don't you attend to my small request just as quickly. All I want is for the debit order to off on my account on the day I get paid, Can that really be so hard.
